help in astral projection

Is it possible to enter into someone (friend) dreams with the help of ap. If it is possible tell me how to do it? I want him to remember the dream after awake. Is it possible?

Yeah it`s possible just really hard and really not safe so I would advise not to do it without an experienced mentor being there.

As for him remembering his dream after waking up, well that one is easy just have him sit down and concentrate on remembering his dream during first 5min after waking and have him wright down his dreams(this is a time frame during which humans create memories and if something is not committed to it will be forgotten and because dreams are not considered important enough by our sub-conscious they are generally erased unless we make a conscious effort to remember them)

When we are dreaming, in reality, we are all astral projecting you could say. As for finding your friend, this is possible but he may not remember it if he is not lucid within the dream. He may remember bits of it, but not fully as when you encounter other people on the Astral plane they may seem distorted. There is no danger of Astral Projection, you are connected to your body and nothing will affect your physical body in any way.
