The best teacher is yourself, plus it is easier to have someone teach you in your lotion.

Bloodlust is definitely right in this aspect. My suggestion is go out in the world and see what you can learn for yourself. See what resonates with you. Then when you have questions pm someone on this website or start a forum post. I'll help anyway I can though.

Hi I'm new here. Um I'm kinda scared. I found a spell on here that makes you into a witch not really thinking anything would happen, and so I did it and the side affects were nausea and headaches and dizziness. And now I feel awful and I have all the side effects and now I'm confused. Do you think it really worked? It will take a week to be sure but I'm kinda freaking out. I never even thought it would work. Help!

For more answers I would suggest making your own forum rather than tagging onto the end of an old one.

This spell won't work, it is fantasy; being a witch is a title, you can call yourself a witch if you are studying and practicing witchcraft, casting a spell won't turn you into a witch, but you can call yourself one if you so choose when you practice witchcraft.

If you have symptoms like nausea, headaches and dizziness, they are side effects of an illness, not of a fantasy spell.

I suggest you give yourself a few days to get better and then look into the reality of witchcraft, what is and is not real. There are some great forum posts on the topic and some easily accessible books on the topic.

First and foremost Welcome to SpellsofMagic!

For starters I will recommend checking on the Forum topic: "The Basics: Expanded" on the General Info Section of the Forum created by AwakeTooLong. So you will have a better idea on how we do things here and the basics. If you are new and want to create spells already, I recommend checking the Forum Topic entitled: "How to Write a Spell" by Lark on the General Info section of the Forum as well. Although I will highly suggest you master the basics first before getting creative with spell writing. Still, the choice is yours.

If you nailed the basics a bit (understand) and already have a topic of interest, you can try to search for them on the Forum. [Wicca topics are posted on the Wicca Section of the forum, the same goes for Norse studies, and Voodoo] This will save you a lot of time! You can also look for them using the Search Engines available for you like Google, if you want to find out more about the topic of interest. [If you are confused and want insights from other people or recommendation on a certain topic, feel free to post a thread on the forum] But yes, do separate them from the post of other people so there won't be two or more discussion on a single forum thread as it will cause confusion and everyone is curious or needs help on separate things.

Theoretically speaking spells that turn you into something other than who you are now is impossible. [You can not turn into an Angel, Devil, Unicorn or even a Vampire] If it is a witch though, I think it is safe to call you one once you get the hang of doing what people practice in here.

As for you becoming sick, I will say that it could have been a coincidence. You were likely either bound to get sick at that day or you wasted too much energy. Get some rest! Drink lots of water, if need be: Go to a clinic for a checkup so you will recover faster.
