Easy Curse Removals?

Hey everyone,
I believe that I have been cursed and I believe it is an anti-love curse. This curse has been cast upon me for the second time, and I was able to have it removed by someone else. The curse's intent is to keep me from loving someone. I need to get rid of it but don't have any supplies so I am working with will, imagination, and voice. Help?

and cleansing spell should do. but I would use a smudge stick and chant a smudge prayer.
