Hello. I was wondering if it is possible to become a supernatural being other than a witch. I want to be a mermaid or a ghost. Thanks in advance lol

No you can't become a mermaid, you was born as a human and remain human till you die, when you did you become a ghost, depending on your religion.

You can't transmute your body into another form, but you can give up your astral consciousness to an inorganic being via dream magic and live forever in what is essentially a bee's nest with other forms of consciousness. That's that. Sorry if it's a splap in the lap or a shooty in the booty, but sometimes life'll give ya a big ole bump in the rump.

you cannot become anything other than human. witches are not supernatural beings, witches are humans who observe and work with nature. some cast spells, some do not, but these spells are nothing like the fiction Hollywood has fed people. magick is subtle, it is energy that builds over time, it works with [not against] nature.

you cannot become a mermaid, one they're not physically real, two magick cannot contradict nature you are human, three magick only effects energy not physical appearance, you therefore cannot become a mermaid. if you are serious about magick, pick up a book and study.

While it is not physically possible to become a mermaid or a ghost, you can read up on the powers of such creatures and try to replicate astral variations of such powers. In time, many traits of the creatures you are trying to emulate will manifest physically. That is not to say that you will grow a tail or walk through a wall, but you will display a faster swimming time or maybe even develop an alluring singing voice. But like all things in magic, you must work on the mundane plane to achieve the magical goal.
