simple healing spell

My hands are covered in cuts after helping a friend take apart his trampoline. Is there any spell that will speed up the proces of healing. the cuts arent bad just annoying so if there is ine that would help a lot.

Surely if the cuts will go in a few days anyway then a spell is not necessary. I suppose you could cast a spell to help increase the speed of healing but realistically is there any need for a spell if you will heal quickly anyway?
