can anybody explain to me when you say CLEARING OF PATH in a love spell procedure?

Not all love spells say that. The spell is most likely saying this so the energy has a clear path, obstacles like a potential love rival are removed, or being able to find time where the two of you can be alone together to talk. "Clearing of path" sounds like a short form instead of saying "don't let anyone come between us" If you don't like it, you could always tweak it a little, but make sure it means the same thing.
