Bad Boss

Hi, I have a boss who I tried to excuse as just being the way she is, but it's become apparent that she has something personal against me and goes out of her way to find anything to make me look bad and. I've tried killing her with kindness and doing everything she asks...but still no luck. Any suggestions to a spell that may work to either 1. make her stop 2. or bring a new job in the same company but under a different manager. Any help would be appreciated as this has been going on for 2 years now.

Have you tried reporting her?

I did at one point...but she's become sneakier in how she does it so it becomes her word against mine. But when even your coworkers feel she targets you...then you realize it's not just you (yes...i tried to tell myself I was being overly sensitive).

The last time I dealt with a boss like this I found out what she was allergic to and I used that against her. LOL! It wasn't the nicest thing to do but it got us a vaction from her and during that time I got my coworkers together and we all complained about her together without any fear of a reprisal. By the time she got back they eliminated her position and terminated her without incident.

First of all, the job of a Boss is "To command and Supervise." So you are wasting time and effort "being kind" to a Boss. A Boss is not your friend, nor your enemy. The only way to deal with a Boss, especially a bad one, is to carry out the tasks given.And no more than that! Many Bosses get upset, angry,and jealous, when a worker "does more than needs to be done". When a worker puts his/her own ideas forward.
