Hello. My name is Klaudyah. I have a friend who has a a sleeping problem. I was wondering if any one knows a spell that I can cast on her to help her sleep? She is not of the Wiccan religion so she is unable to do this herself. Anyone know a simple but working spell? Thanks!

P.S. I was unsure which thread forum to post this in. Forgive me if I got it wrong.
You dont have to be a wiccan or pagan etc, cast spells. Anyone can learn to cast them. They just have to practice and meditate often. There are tons of options out there for her to help her sleep better. You don't have to sort to magick. I would use magick as my last option if other remedies didnt work.
Melatonin a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that inhibits melanin formation and is thought to be concerned with regulating the reproductive cycle.
Sorry i meant to finish my post before posting it. Melatonin is an option. But there are others as well. Here some useful links for home remedies when it comes to better sleep.
As for magick, energy spells can help with sleep. Such as an example is meditation. If you practice meditation daily, it will sure help you sleep. it can help you be more relaxed and calmed. Meditation is the key to help with those who have anxiety.

Look into 'sleepy time teas' [by Celestial Teas] or teas made with chamomile and lavender. You could also had the herbs or essential oils to a bath. They have soothing properties and can help people relax and doze off.
As I said, no pills helps her. And when I mean she can't because she is not Wiccan, I mean she is a Trict Roman Catholic. She has a huge sleeping disorder. Which is why I am asking for a spell.
Melatonine is affected by sunlight and it does regulate sleep. However having sleeping problems doesn't mean you have SAD (sleeping abnormality disorder) or abnormal levels of melatonine. It could be psychological or due to adolecence. If your friend is a teenager it is logical to experience sleep abnormalities caused by new hormones. I would suggest to run some tests. If your friend has SAD which is caused by abnormal levels of melatonine, phototherapy would be a good suggestion.
If not however I would suggest him/her to practice meditation daily in order to achieve a certain level of calmness before bed (it worked for me when I was a teenager) and maybe combine it with some sports for better blood circulation.

Hops and lavender sewn into a pillow is a natural remedy, also, I know no-one wants to hear this, but even ten minutes of good cardio exercise a day will help, and the more the better. I'm also a terrible insomniac and the only thing that ever really helped is exercise. Also, now I'm fit :D exercise fixes everything. Even problems you don't have yet :) Other recommendations I can suggest is a blue candle for her room with a relaxing scent, soft music, and going to bed much earlier than usual. This may not seem like that great an idea but if she usually falls asleep eventually then it may help to reset her internal clock a little :)
