If you further want to look into dreaming there are in fact dream cards that seem like Tarot but they are for dreaming.

If you are tring to dream of a particular subject try burning mugwort as you fall asleep. As it burns think of the subject that you want to dream of.

you only need to meditate just before going to bed and just before you sleep you focus on waht you need to dream
