To my understanding their power are magical but is no where close to witchcraft. It is also more say accessible compared to spells.
Such power does not fit any model of witchcraft though.
Psychic abilities can be exercised by anyone -- just like the use of magic. Many aspects are also quite similar, relying on belief beyond confirmable fact.
One is not necessarily more powerful, nor are the necessarily practiced separately.
Also, 'spells' are not what magic is. Spells are just a ritualistic method of doing magic -- even the spells people make for themselves. A spell is a means of raising energy and focusing intent towards the end goal. Some people chiose different methods for the same purpose, and some never cast a spell in their lives.

Oh, to-MAY-to, to-MAH-toe.
Psychics might find themselves drawn more towards Psionics or New Thought Manifestation than traditional Witchcraft or Ceremonial Magic(k)s, but they all seem to me to have similar expectations.
I know there are alternative to rituals, but it seems to work differently from psychics.
If a spell is not a prayer then you are suppose to understand how it works and possess a good level of virtualization. Or how you direct runes to a specific structure, etc. Psychic does not need to know where the power came from or how it reach the outcomes.

That's not totally true an untrained or unlearned psychic fumbles more often than not most just don't talk about there failures even they teach themselves a form of channelling to control there intended outcome they may unwittingly teach themselves by trial and error but none the less it is still a power/ability of the mind and still just like magic requires a way to focus to a said outcome. Of course this is purely my opinion but I do know a few psychics that agree with this .
Yes, but as of the most primitive witchcraft you are suppose to know what is happening exactly. And as of prayers the one you to or even their superior that ultimately does the spell knows what they are doing exactly. Only the elite witches have the brain to do those amazing stuff that the visualization required would normally fry our untrained brain.
As of psychic, you just know you have the power and how to play with it, but you do not know where it came from or how to pass such power to another being that does not possess it, where we ironically say it is magic.

I am a psychic medium and I use my natural gifts to aid in my spell work. As you said visualisation is a very important part of spell work, something most psychics are very good at. I believe that everyone on some level has psychic abilities, but like anything if you don't practice and develop you will be average at best.
In my opinion divination has a very solid place in witchcraft. I do think that the two work together.
I also understand quite well how my psychic/mediumship abilities work as do a lot of other psychic/mediums that I know. For example, when reading someone my information comes from linking my aura with theirs, if I was doing mediumship then I would link to spirit through that original psychic link. It is a conscious process, and while sometimes it does just happen (usually to let you know something important) most of the time it is intentional and requires focus.
As we believe in God even though we hadn't seen him.Likewise there might be people with psychic powers or psychic talents. There are various types of psychic talents categorised as clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, and claircognizance.Because of which people can visualise things about future. Many times these psychic powers will be helpful in solving the problem of others. You can also read the minds of people by just looking at them. Thus possessing a psychic talent is boon.If you want you can too develop your pschyic talents.
OK, so when it comes to psychics. I have a bit of a personal theory. Firstly it assumes that all people are capable of these abilities through some means. Next, just like how some people are naturally good at art and others have to learn, I believe psychic ability as we call it is an affinity to a particular effect such as clarivoyance, so that it is easy for that psychic to perform that skill while someone without natural talent can still do it with effort.
