Astral Projection?

Hey guys I am really sorry if this is a stupid question but how do you astral project. It all kinda started when I did some research on astral projection and got scared into not wanting to do it. I don't know why but I found out that demons could posses you during projection and that really bothered me because I didn't want that to happen during astral projection. Then one of friends wanted to meet me through astral projection and he said or at least made it sound like that was almost impossible kinda like a demon trying to posses me now. It only happens if you let it. So anyways I've been trying to astral project and everytime I do it I either fall asleep or nothing happens. Can I have some help?

You can not get possessed while astral prpjecting,and it is not almost impossible to astral project.Astral projecting with all that fear will create a hell like experience. I recommend you get rid of some fears before you attempt to astral project.

Werewolf, a person does not "have to" astral project. It is not mandatory; it is a practice that some people choose to do.

It does take work, focus, and practice. The same methods do not work for everyone.

I know it is not mandatory to astral project I just want to astral project. I know it does take work and practice I just need some advice. Thank you.

hi werewolf I use astral projection and if you want can talk you threw it most of it is being relaxed so as the others said you need to rid your fear. do something before hand that is calming listen to music write dooddle what ever words for you so you can then focus on the task at hand. When we dream, we have out-of-body experiences on the astral plane now that doesnt mean to say everyone does each person is different. Conscious astral projection involves getting into a meditative state, moving your astral body out of your physical body, and traveling around on the astral plane. there are things you can do to help this process depending on your own believes but one of the safest ones i can recommend because i use it is binaural beats. they help relax the mind and calm you which make it easier to focus. when your are meditating wait till you mind is complelty relaxed and empty imagen the beates as a vibration threw you body between your spirtual body and your physical body were your astral body is. feel it slowly vibration to that point making it easyer for you to feel it slowly moving aways from your.
