Is it possible to make someone forget something and multiple memories through telepathy or someway else?

Sadly, it is not.

I can think of a few ways to make someone forget memories, but they are not legal, or safe.

I say the greatest rule is: With power comes responsibility.

You can with glamour but its far from perfect and they don't actually forget they just have a near impossible time recalling the memory.
