How do you mean? Like project out of your body and watch the movie of your life? No. Perhaps regression of some capacity could help you relive a memory, but because of how the brain developes, certain points are lost. The first 2-3 years your brain doesn't store memories, maybe one or two but there's no long term memory yet. Also, if you suffered some form of memory loss, you may be able to recover a bit, but that's typically lost. A friend of mine was in a horrific crash 10 years ago, she miraculously made a full recovery, but she's never regained the memory of the day of the crash, she remembers going to bed, next she's waking up in the hospital. That memory is lost forever, no magick can change that.
