How to use: Chat
Step 1:
On the right hand side of the website, you will see a section which is labelled "Live Chat" under it you will see two options: for the moment, click on the option which says "toggle on-page chatter". This will refresh the page and the chat box will appear under Live Chat.
Step 2:
In the little box where it says "Live Chat", you will see [INFO] on the far right, click on that and it will redirect you to the chat page. There you will see that it will tell you to read and agree to the rules; click on agree to the rules. It will redirect you to the rules of the chat, read through the page and agree to the rules.
Step 3:
Once you've done this, you are now able to use the Chat! There are three sections to the Live Chat: Public, Coven, and Mod. You can switch sections by clicking on them. Public is where you can speak to the entire site and all it's members, Coven is where you can speak to your covenmates, and Mod is for Moderators only.
Step 4:
You are now able to chat! Hurray!
WARNING: Follow the chat rules while in the Public Chat, not doing so will result in"gagging" or restriction from your rights to chat or respond to threads. The same rules do not apply while in the Coven chat, as it is more liberal.
How to use: Forums
Public Forums ~
Step 1:
At the top of the, under Spells of Magic you will see several tabs: Home, Spells, Articles, Videos, Fortunes, Groups, Forums, Members, FAQS.
Click on the Forums.
Step 2:
You will be redirected to a page with various sections, by clicking on the name of each one. For example, clicking on "Welcome", you will be redirected to that Forum section. There you will see the threads that have been posted within this section. To begin a new thread, at the right under the yellow tab, click "Start a new thread" and you will be redirected to the page where you will type up the subject and body of your thread. After you have done this, click on "Post".
Step 3:
Simply click on the thread name which is underlined and you will be redirected to that thread's page, to reply to that thread click on: Reply to this Post on the left side of the yellow bar at the top of thread or to start your new thread click on Start a new thread at the right side of the yellow tab. To delete your thread or reply, simply click on "delete post" at the right side of the yellow tab on top of your reply or thread post.
Coven Forums ~
To find the coven forums, you can click on the "Groups" tab at the top of the page and find your coven in the list; after you have done that, click on your coven name and scroll down to the bottom of your coven's page. There you will see your coven's name underlined "Natural Magick" and the most recent coven post. You can click on "Natural Magick" and you will be directed to the coven forum page. Or you can click on the most recent post, then you will be directed to that page's thread.
Another way to be directed to your coven's page is through your profile, you will see a small section next to your picture Coven: Natural Magick. Click Natural Magick and you will be redirected to your coven's page. Afterward, follow the steps listed in the previous paragraph. If you wish to post, reply, etc., you can follow the steps that are stated for the Public Forums as the same would apply for the coven forums.

How to use: OneNote
The Coven OnteNote is a tool which organizes all the coven's forums into categories in order to make it easier to find topics you are interested in without having to scroll through page after page. It can be found at the following link: http://1drv.ms/1OuTI1f
When you first click this link, you will be directed to the front page of the OneNote. It reads: "Welcome to Natural Magick" and explains again what the OneNote is. On the far left you will notice several different sections ("Natural Magick, Abilities, AP and Dreams, and so on). These are broad subjects. In the column next to it, you will find smaller subsets for each of those subjects.
The second column will change as you click on different subjects, as it reflects what content is available for each subject. For instance, clicking on "AP and Dreams" will show "Dreams" and "Projection" in the second column. Clicking on "Dreams" will then navigate you to a page where you can find links to all coven forum posts related to dreams.
I copy/pasted these from an article on common keyboard shortcuts and commands. They work for me on the PC, though I don't know if the commands are similar for Mac users (and if anyone knows it to be the same or different, please update this). Below are links to the Australian website it came from.

Note to anyone who decides to update - add how to use the coven spell book, profile editing, html posting in threads, and how to navigate the mobile and lite sites. Possibly remake into a more inclusive "How To"
Extra note - the character limit for thread titles is 25.
