Astral projection

Hello.
I'm looking to find something on astral projection. I haven't found anything if much help in the spellbooks of either of my profiles covens. I looked through some forum stuff and I still couldn't find much :/
I want to do an conscious astral projection. Yet I'm more of the energetic type. I'm wondering if someone might have something to suggest .

If you feel you've got a lot of energy, I would look into trance. Astral projection is brought on by trance, and not all trance is based on relaxation. Plenty of shamanic techniques are energetic and based on movement and ecstasy.

Dancing or the death posture both come to mind.

I'll try looking into it however where do I look for that ?

Sometimes I wake up in mornings and feel energetic, but I want to sleep more... I just stay still don't move at all, no matter the kind of energy I have, and after some minutes I am relaxed and vibrations come...

Hello, I'm the new profile of AiMachkai2 , I'm still having a hard time with astral projection . I'm wondering if I'm just approaching it wrong. Is it measured by " feeling" or " visualization " or other? And will I just know, when I get to that point?
