I need help

Hi I need a spell to help someone who is confused angry and stressed I would like to help put them in a nice place and calming if you know of a spell and how to cast it please help me I have only done some candle burning rituals a long time a go any help would be much appreciated

Hi there! I learnt one just recently, which has become a particular favourite. It's in the Llwelyns diary (its spiral bound). I recommend it as it has some interesting spells that you can incorporate into your Magickal practise. You could also try their spell a day almanac, as it's jam packed full of spell and ritual deas.
Anyway the spell is:
"Cooling, calming winter air
Blow away fear and despair
Banish anger, calm my soul
Make my shattered spirit whole
Cool the fire that burns within
Slow the endless mental spin
Chill the season, chill I'll be
Cloaked in winter's harmony."

I like to visualize snow falling when I recite this.

You could also try using a rose quartz. They could wear it as a necklace, or carry it around. It's very soothing. I suffer from stress and anxiety, so I know how hard it is to calm down. Have you tried meditation? You can get sound effects offline, such as ocean waves and woodland sounds. I hope this helps, and I hope your friend feels better soon.
