Astral Projection is something I myself both study and practice, I believe AP to be something beneficial in a metaphysical sense to a person; allowing us to develop ourself and expand ourselves more both spiritually and emotionally. For those of you interested in learning more about Astral Projection, I'll share a couple of resources below.

I wish I could really participate in a discussion about this, but astral projection isn't something I practice or know very much about. I'm interested in learning about it though, so thank you for the resources.

I practice various forms of projection. I think it's an important thing to know, if not to practice (not saying everyone should- it's just something that would be good to at least know some about). For me, it makes up a large part of how I commune with the wights I work with. I use it for many things: divining, working with the deities I choose to work with, altering my state of consciousness for other workings, exploring my fylgja and hugR manipulating. It fascinates me as a whole.

I've taken a break because I'm starting to learn more about herbs and Qi Gong to help my energy work, but I used to practice it a lot. I think it's really cool, but I have trouble believing in the different dimension thing. I just believe that it's pretty much the same as remote-viewing except your spirit is actually there. I never actually got to fully separate my spirit from my body, but I got really close. I would get this intense vibrating in my face and limbs and feel like I was separating, but I would get too excited and screw it up.
