So, I have always had an interest in Magick! But growing up I put it behind me due to how I was raised. As of yesterday I decided to let my curiousity out. I am super excited to learn everything I can. Really wish I had a personal mentor though. I know that may sound lame, but I want to succeed in whatever I do, and I want guidance and knowledge! I have no clue where to start, what I want to do...whew...im excited however, to be a part of a new community!
How did some of yall start out and how did you build yourself up?
It's good to meet you tabpaige:) for me, I started out practicing visualization and meditation. Right now, I'm just trying to open up my psychic faculties as much as I can and learn how to get in a trance state so that I can astral project. They aren't lying when people on SOM say it's best to do inner work first because it really opened up a whole new world for me and I haven't even astral projected yet. But I'm gaining a lot of control in my life where I had none before. I'm also new to magic, and though I don't think I could be anyone's mentor yet, I do think we have a lot in common being that we're both new to magic. I came here to seek solution to my spiritual problem.
It has been over ten years and still suffering
It come through the air like breeze with harmful toxic odours which locates me anywhere I am, it goes straight inside my nose and continue weakening my immune system.
Anybody living next or beside my door complains of spiritual attack and starts suspecting me as a witch because they perceive the odour.
Please I need help And want to become a wizard!

Also a wizard, or you can call yourself a witch as it is both male and female, is simply someone who practices witchcraft, there is nothing more special about it than that.
Becky, I figured out pretty quick that my own research would yeild best results. Im having a blast learning about the elements, chakras, different paths, types of witches, spells that are realistic and how crazy some get with the not so probable spell and everything else that goes with the territory. I have yet to figure my element, know what "path" I want to take, etc, but as research continues, and knowlegde grows I become more eager to begin my new journey. Thanks so much for the comment and advice. I really enjoy knowing what others think and where they are at with the art.
