Energy and the Sun

In my 3 years of studying energy and my experiences I have learn that energy can heal in many ways. I sun bathe often because it heals my acne, my eczema (Itchy skin disorder), and my achy bones. I think the sun can heal lots of other illnesses. I absorb energy usually from the sun to preform spells. Has the sun ever helped you with energy work?

I always see the Solar Plexus as the Inner Star, but beyond that there is something far more metaphysical at work when I look at the Sun. In our Cosmic Design the Sun (and all stars) in my view are the Conduits of the Heavens, transmitting the Etheric Essence necessary to maintain all order in creation. As for the Sun in its usage in our world I use it to recharge my Plexial batteries so to speak and as an agent of purification by stellar fire for any stone or solution exposed to it (whereas the Moon acts as an agent of imbuement). The Strong Masculine of Lord Solaris is a powerful and radiant force which can be used to improve one's radiance (hense the usage in skin aid when used in proper doses) whereas the Gentle Feminine of Lady Lunaria is perfect for the subtle, delicate, and extensive energy transplantation necessary for charging an object. Quite the perfect pair really.
