How do i start first time

I tryed doing spells at the age of 6 and not sure why i think
it was in my past life when i really had them to work and need to learn again. Help me!!!

I would talk to people on here, see if you can get a teacher, etc. Just try to learn the basic's or you could see what your past life was with a spell.
