I am sorry, but if you looking to do that your results will be nothing, as altering the physical aspects of anything is impossible, I would suggest you learning what real magic is, there is quite a few different articles on here that can help you. You can also ask Lark, she could give you a few book recommendations.

you could use a weight loss/gain spell as a motivator, but it doesn't make you change into a completely different person overnight [the one i've tried mainly helps with cravings] i'm entirely sure what you mean by body 'shape' as you might wish to grow a few inches as well idk. you can do things yourself to help [diet, exercise, dye your hair, theres also coloured contacts and make-up] but i suggest accepting yourself. this doesn't mean you don't love yourself if you do dye your hair, wear make-up and/or try to be healthy and loose/gain weight, i mean you accept yourself for who you are and stop caring what other people think, you stop mentally beating yourself up for being you. it's not an easy road, but it's rewarding. good luck to you.
