you held your hand in the air and after a while they felt tingly? you probably were loosing blood flow. but yes, some describe the energy as a tingly feeling, i would chalk it up to what you were doing, were you raising your arms for no reason, or were you focusing on energy work?

well if it was after 30 seconds, it's more likely energy, if it was 30 minutes, it was probably blood loss. try it again, but let your hands rest palms up on your legs [sitting position] and visualize energy [white, silver, or gold light works] entering your hands.

if it was energy the first time you should if felt somewhat energized, and there would me more effects that just tingling arms. keep trying, best of luck.

you can if you want to. it's about doing what's comfortable. i usually cup my hands and pool the energy between them. i went with resting on your legs so you can rule out blood loss. if you feel like spreading your fingers, go for it. [sorry if that last post came off harsh to you, didn't intend it to sound harsh]
