Last night I was super tired and had trouble going to sleep, and I also was worried that I would be too tired for school the next day. Whilst I am trying to sleep my mind races and its hard to stop it and try to sleep. My thoughts are completely random. I am not sure if this is a dream but, from where I was sitting on my bed I see 2 (or 3) people. To be exact 1 or 2 students and a teacher. They are wearing the same uniform as me. They appear to be human. They have this bizarre face which fades out from their olive skin colour into a paper-white. This only covers their general facial features. In the middle of their face is a giant exclamation mark (!) in black. They then all turn to face me. While I was seeing that I heard in a whispered voice "it's in the eye of the teacher" (or something that rhymes with teacher).
The entire time that happened I was looking at it in the exact same position I was when I was trying to sleep.
After I saw whatever that was I encountered an intense vibration cover my body 2 times every 10-20 or-so seconds.
You might have been visited by an entity, and maybe a few of their Acolytes (beings that serve out of veneration or love for the being). The energy you experienced could have been a gift, perhaps something to assist in your endeavor to project. I would say medidate and research who these beings are what they might represent, bearing in mind that this presentation was for you, therefore the form they took will likely not be written in a book. See if you can determine their intent, their endgoal, their domain (Infernal, Terrestrial, Supernal, otherworldly, etc.) and maybe the purpose for their interaction with you.
Once you are able to project, use the energy they bestowed to you and project to its source, a trick employed in the Goetia (not saying your entities were Goetic or even Infernal in the slightest, but just a possible parallel), is to use such visitations to get someone's attention, usually a Prospectus (someone who could Contract with the Royal in question), the message would be intrique (which seems to have worked) and the energy is like a calling card (although with Infernals in particular they also give Enns, but in the case the mantra combined with a copy of the energy given could be used for contact or projection to its source to speak to the sender on their turf.
Just my two cents, but as far as I can tell you are most certainly not losing your mind, you are having an experience which could lead to wondrous results if handled properly. Any help that you may need in interpreting some of the results of your search I am more than happy to assist.
