Banishing negitive energy

I need some help or information about banishing or binding several people that may or may not know they are having a very negative effect on my life and my children and mothers. It has effected my health, my mothers health to the point of having a leg cut off, and my depression is spiraling out of control. The main person involved is my ex mother in law who is evil to the core. And my ex husbands new wife and her mother who practice old magic from Mexico.if anyone can help, any information or spells would be so appreciated. I have tried many and it eases up for a few days, but then returns bad. Any Information or spell suggestions would be great. Thank u everyone!!!!!
