eclectic neopagan

Recently I came a across an article where the women when asked if she was a witch her statement was she was an eclectic neopagan.

We someone please help me expand on this?

a witch is one who uses magic

a neo pagan is one who follows a modern version of paganism

a pagan is one who follows a religion of the Gods of old.

eclectic means one who takes things from different traditions and uses what they feel works
