My Experience

So as I was getting ready for bed I did a dream spell to communicate with deceased loved ones. I decided to do it for my great grandmother whom I've never met but feel extremely close to. I've seen her spirit before many times. As I was visualising what she looked like I got a sharp throbbing pain inbetween my fingers. Inbetween the knuckle of my index finger and middle finger. It felt throbbing, like when you have a drip in your hand in the hospital or like you got stabbed. I dont know what this means. Then when I would stop visualizing her it would go and when I start again it would come back. I dont know if this was anything to do with her. All I know is she died from Alzheimer's disease. Also, if anybody knows how I could communicate with her that would be great. I haven't seen her very clearly lately, and I'm not very good at hearing them speak. Thank you ~
