Casting a spell twice?

Would there be any positive or negative outcome in casting the same spell twice on different occasions?

If you cast the spell again would the first one be strengthened by another casting or would it be weakened?

yes there may be negative outcomes and no it will not reinforce the previous

how about weather spells?

Interesting. After a little research I have found that the opposite is true, that you can reinforce a spell by multiple castings.

Any other thoughts?

Yes it is true. It will reinforce the spell because you are sending more energy into the spell.
