hsp/empath

Not sure where to post this i am new here or fairly. I am a "diagnosed" hsp or empath. my phsycologist told me this a year ago, i always felt different and now would love to hon or tune into this ability as it has always intrigued me. Is there anyone here willing to give advice on how. also am interested in recieveng a reading to see how well it works.
