how can I contribute a spell in SOM?

You have to be in a SoM coven and ranked council or higher.

Since you are in a Coven already, you would either have to be ranked as Council in that Coven, or you could ask your Priest or Priestess to post it for you.

so, which means, we have to send a personal message to the priestes or high priestess in order to contribute a spell in SOM?

No, you do not have to send a personal message to the priest or priestess in a coven in order to post a spell. You have to be a council member or higher in a coven in order to post spells. If you are not, then you either have to join Spell Casters (which automatically sets you as council), work your way up to council in another coven, or ask someone who is council member or higher to post it for you. You can usually ask them through the coven forums, coven chat, or through a personal message.
