Chatter: excessive caps

I'd say that my first account has been restricted to using the chat due to the laugh emote, I was just trying but it ended up with a restriction because I put the word in caps. I'd say a sentence or a phrase having excessive caps is better than a word, I don't get the rules?
Please add the gif emotes' codes in the information corner so no one else gets the same mistake as I did...

The commonly used emoticons and other chat related information can be found on the Chat Features page which can be found in the upper right corner of the full screen chatter page. As a rule of thumb you shouldn't say or do anything in chat that you are unsure of to prevent you from breaking the rules.

It's quite simple really:

Don't use obscense language in chat, don't spam the chat, don't harass people in chat, always spell out your words in English, and only use caps when grammatically correct.

The emoticon he was trying to do is not in the chatter features list, but I do think that you should ask and we'd most likely tell you how to do it. :P
