So for whatever reason I feel like Spirits and Demons seem to avoid me, for example I've done a few small investigations, and I get absolutely nothing whereas, as soon as other people enter that area they get loads of stuff, and recently everytime I've woken up during the middle of the night I always feel like there is something, ghost or demon, in my room as I can sort sense that someone is looking at me, or just around me. It happened last night for example I woke up around 2:30am and after coming back from the bathroom I couldn't fall back asleep because it felt like someone was in my room. I do own a Ouija Board and I have used it safely, but I get nothing. But after a minute or two my hands start to shake because I can sort of feel the energy coming off the board.
So what do you guys think? Am I somewhat clairvoyant or something similar. I'd really like to know.
They're there, you're just not aware of them enough.
Ouija Boards are fairly unreliable, and truth be told useless divination methods, in my opinion, though I say use it for the novelty. I was always highly clairaudient, so the Ouija Board was always cluttered for me.
As for how you can refine sensing spirits, begin by meditating. Quieting the monkey mind is more or less paramount to this experience. Learning how to drop mind, stopping the world, void meditation, silencing internal dialogue, etc. all differnet varieties of saying the same thing. Stop thinking, for a moment.
Look at the world around you, overloading your senses with information, and immerse yourself into it. Make sure all words are irrelevant, when your thoughts come down to feelings, hunches, emotions, impressions,or nothing; aside from pure action.
While taking these methods to such extremes isn't necessary, it sure can help. With more or less anything.
The next thing to be conscious of is your breath. Which is, at its base, what gives you life. The best way to be aware of any type of energy flow, is through your breath.
If you wish to release some energy, an exhalation pushes it outwards, and an inhalation solidifies it outside. Like making sure it's "there".
If you wish to absorb some energy, an inhalation pulls it inwards, and an exhalation solidifies it within you. Like sealing it from leaking out.
Inwards, outwards, inhale, exhale, as you might imagine, allows you to be a crossroad of the energy and a nexion. Like how light passes through a transparent object. It might leave its mark, of course.
If you're comfortable vampirising, use these methods to look into how people's energies feel and taste, and try to sample through things that are more than jsut raw energy. Humans, are full of yucky junk, so filter that out somehow if you can, or avoid draining too much for now.
Be keenly aware of the differences between this person and that person. How does the person feel? Do their energies taste differently, or smell differently on an astral level?
Do the same for anything else.
A tree, does it feel different from a bird?
A demon, from an angel?
Pay attention to how heavy it is, how strong it is, how dense it is, how clear it is, how clean it is, how filthy it is, how light it is, how weak it is, how alien it is, if it has any of these qualities or any adjectives to describe.
Chew it. As in, physically chew energy in your mouth, if you are eating it.
Look into a mirror, and try absorbing some of your own energy at first, to see how it feels.
As for spirits that van help teach you how to feel energies, they are beyond counting. Many demons of ascent, like Azazel and Lilith have been capable of doing this. Angels such as ZAdkiel and Raphael can as well. A vast number of godforms. The spirit I learned it from, is the entity that humans call "the Black Sun", so you may want to look into that little bit of the Qlipphoth, and I'll PM you the name and correspondences if you choose.

scencing entities is a good ability but for them avoiding you they might fear you and avoid you for some reason but sencing something and knowing what it is based on how its presence feels is also a good thing and i think its a sign your clairvoyant
