Profile photo issues

Greetings!!
So I am not sure if I am the only one with this problem.. but every time I want to change my profile photo it does not want to work at all. I have waited days for it to update but all it does is show an old image I had but it is stretched or crunched, it just gets messed up and even when I do ctrl+r it still does not show me the new photograph...

Hi Carmen,

You need to refresh your browser's cache. You can do so by clearing your browser history and making sure cache is selected.

Alternatively, if you only want to do it for a specific website, use CTRL + SHIFT + R on your keyboard.
