Really, no-one is here to explain something as basic as that that can be found with a very simple Google search. It is part of the rules & etiquette of the forum that you read up on the basics of witchcraft before posting a topic as no-one is here to baby you and we get snarky having to respond to questions such as this. It is actually way more effort to post a thread such as you did than just to simply use the search bar in the top right-hand corner of your screen and the information is given straight away.
Here is an example of a basic circle casting which can be performed quickly and easily without the use of tools. Stand in the middle of your circle. Relax and breathe deeply. Imagine that your crown (the top of your head) opens up like a funnel to receive divine, white light. Your crown is always connected to the divine and to your Higher Self, and you can open up and amplify this channel at your will. Open your arms, palms facing out. With each in-breath, visualise yourself pulling down pure, divine light through your crown, and as you breathe out you channel this light out through your palms to create a protective shield around you. As you fill the space around you with this high-vibration energy you may feel a tingle or buzz, you may get goose bumps, or you’ll feel light and uplifted. Now hold one arm outstretched (the one you write with) and point to the edge of the circle. Spin around clockwise three times, mentally marking out your circle with the divine light. Then raise your arms above your head and say: “I ask that the God and Goddess bless this circle So that I may be free and protected within this space So mote it be” You are now ready to cast your spell or perform your ritual. To close your circle, hold out your arm and spin around anti-clockwise three times and feel the protective light dispersing. Thank the Spirits for their presence and declare the circle closed.

*Magical1, You could place objects or things corresponding to the North, the East, the South and the West at those directions. Then visualize a circle around these objects.
That is at least how I do it. There are many other ways to do so.

well Deeja it's depends on things. if the person's demanding about their 'google search' request, some might not help [you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar] if the person is vague [teach me about herbs] this can also result in a 'no way' from other users as it is a broad topic and we have lives outside of this website. yea, it's annoying to see a mob telling you to 'do your own research' but it's only because that's how we learned, and if you're demanding and arrogant about the request, people are going to treat you as such.
now, regarding the question, there are many ways to cast a circle [circle casting isn't exclusive to Wicca either] bare bones of it, you find the four directions and place four candles in each [east=air, south=fire, west=water, and north=earth for the directions elements] start in the east, feel the energy entering your body, welcome the air element, light the candle, point at the ground, visualize/feel energy going from you into the ground creating a line connecting the air candle to the fire candle. welcome the fire element, light candle, hand down, continue to water candle. repeat for water and earth, then walk around the circle two more times until reaching the east/air candle, then place your hand on the ground to 'ground' the circle. to open the circle, go in the opposite direction, thanking each element and snuffing out the candles.
you can alter the casting, some start in the north, others use rocks instead of candles. whatever works for you. research various castings to find one that works for you.
