Meditation

So I have been doing guided meditation on astral projection by Paul santusi. The other day when I did it I felt weird. Throughout my head was pounding. I couldn't move. I kept seeing green lights behind my vision. Then I saw like a portal type thing behind my vision before the meditation broke. Can anybody tell me if this means I was close to astral projecting?

I would like to get back to you on that as I don't have as much time at the moment.
