Don't listen to him. Anyways, there is a spell to make you be able to fly, just check (i think) the Spell Casters Spellbook and you should find it there. If you can't find it, give me a pm.

Comon !! if there is a spell to fly u will find it on tv commercials ! There is nothing can make u fly then jumping from a building but that will cause ure death !

lol, I think that ANYTHING is possible, but flying is nearly impossible. You'd need to be perfectly focus, no distractions and be quite powerful.

Well, how exactly do you gain more power? I seem to be sitting on the same amount as right when I started the craft...
