Animals and the Afterlife

I've definitely wondered this for a while, When animals pass away do they go onto they afterlife? DO they re-incarnate? What happens to them?

This is a tricky topic for some, most believe animals don't have a soul, therefore they don't go into an afterlife or become re-incarcerated, I however believe they do have a soul, and they do go into the afterlife, mainly they have emotions, like we do, they can suffer from depression, anexity, happiness, and become scared. As for being re-incarcerated, not sure, but in the Lion King, Mufasa did say, when they die, their bodies decompose and become grass, thus allowing other animals to eat the grass.

So, I guess if you believe plant life has a spirit or a soul, then that's one way of being re-incarcerated. I believe everything has a soul and a purpose, from the amoeba, to animals, to life itself.

Hope this helped a bit, like I said it's all up to what you believe in.

Before I forget, you also have to define life, some define after a child takes it's first breath into the world, some define it as soon as it's been concieved. There are many answers, I believe after it's been concieved, you also need to know what the purpose of a soul.

I believe that every thing that lives has a soul and reincarnates and can pass on to an afterlife

I believe that it is definitely possible considering that there are multiple reports of animal hauntings and paranormal sighting of them.

Since we do have a layer inside of our minds that's part animal it would be like us either being earth bound, go into the after life to stay or waiting to be reincarnated.

I believe that animals have a soul and when I die I will be reunited with my animals. I would rather be surrounded with my pets than some of the people that I have met in this lifetime.
Animals have a pure soul and are unencumbered by ideas of religion.
If you believe in reincarnation, then animals will reincarnate too.
