Hi, my name Michael. I'm new to this site, but very interested in these types things. I have a question that has been bothering me for a long time. Is it possible to have an angel has a partner?

To be specific, I want to be able to invite an angel as a summoning partner. Is that possible? And if so, can I still go to heaven?

Ceremonial magicians often work with angels. The last part you will have to ask the clergy of your faith. I don't believe in heaven.

So summon a Angel as your partner? Well yes it is entirely possible although the Angel might already have one and other reasons may exist in order this not to happen; don't take it granted. But you can try.

Indeed, I personally believe in the after-life but don't believe you "go somewhere". You can talk about this with the Angel as well. It's a matter of faith.

If you study works on summoning such as the Sacred Magic of Abramelin or the Grimoir of Armandel (which you should work through before doing the Key of Solomon) you find that you first work with various archangels and choirs of angels before moving on to other summoning. The whole point of working with them is that they lend their aid and authority to you when you are doing other summonings. Now, would I consider them a partner? No. You are the one who is doing the work, and it is upon your will that the operation succeeds or fails. They simply lend the necessary authority to do the work and, like all authority, you must first do the work to earn said authority.
