A Stargate is the name of a singular wormhole created using the "Stargate" from the TV show and movie series of the same name. This Stargate was created by ancient beings more intelligent than humans.
The Stargate is not real , no one knows what variables would actually contribute to its opening and closing and no one knows how long it would be closed for because it is from a TV show.
Are you hoping to talk about the potential for real wormholes or specifically the Stargate?
Regardless I am not sure how much scientific information on wormholes you will find here, it is far more scientific than magickal in my opinion.

1.do if you make summoning ritual at 3000m height from sea surface
And in the deep cave below sea surface level , which one is faster ?
2. Anyone ever tried make huge portal like
In necronomicon gate sigil but
Of course with hole in center ?
3. If summoning success but we don't close the
Gate how long will it keep open ?
( I mean like open gate to hell or something)

neither. a summoning depends on the person and ritual in question. rituals very rarely [if ever] are location specific.

no, because portals like we see in movies don't exist. some could argue wormholes, but we cannot make or create them [especially with a spell] and the theory of wormholes transporting people is merely a theory. i do not study the necronomicon but you cannot bring someone back from the dead or travel to the afterlife to visit them [if that's what you're curious about] and as for sigils they're unique symbols with spiritual power, but it's not in a 'oh no, i drew a sigil, a demon has appeared' sort of way, more of a draw a sigil for a specific thing [say protection] visualize your desired outcome [say a shield surrounding your home] then hide the sigil in some way [burn the paper its written on, wipe it out, trace it with your finger then visualize it being absorbed]
3. If summoning success but we don't close the Gate how long will it keep open? ( I mean like open gate to hell or something)
summoning are not physical like we see in movies for one thing. second you cannot open a gate to hell for a number of reasons. third when you summon a spiritual being they can linger until you send them away or they choose to leave [which is why you should fully research the being in question before summoning] but if you start something and don't finish it, it would stay there until the energy supply runs out.
