help me ?

I got some real great advice from some here,and am looking for more. For my own reasons which are long....
I seriously think i want out of a marrige that has become what seems very emotionally detached for me. I feel I need to beg for any emotion or physical contact.I feel very unhappy and have for sometime. If you can help me,message me or post i'll check in later. I have asked for help from the goddess of compassion, how long do i wait to see if it helps?
