what I know, is that your third eye is already open. the third eye I'd what always you to think, imagine and create in your mind and outside of your mind. since it is already awake for everyone, your just need to train it

it depends. ideally all your chakras would be balanced so they would work in harmony and you'd get the best 'results'.

when your third eye is balanced you would have wisdom and insight, be creative [or creativity would come easily] and yes, your clairvoyante side would improve [able to see aura, perhaps even spirits, and have some stronger empathic abilities]

when the chakra is under active all these areas suffer. when it's overactive, you can suffer from migraines and some even claim hallucinations.
