May i have 2 wishes?

Hi my birthday is going to be on march 25th and i was wondering if maybe you'd give me just 2 wishes please. I wish to be the fairy of the musical water and to have 14 year old kiba inuzuka come to life .

I'm afraid you're going to be disappointed as neither of the wishes you mentioned are possible through the use of magic or spellwork. In the case of turning into a "water fairy", you should understand that physical transformation is not possible.

This is a community of practitioners, we can't give anyone wishes, and regardless you are a human and you always will be, you cannot become a fairy, Kiba inuzuka is also an anime character, they are not real and never will be.
