Feeling a bit skeptical

This is my second time attempting to do magic, and I'm feeling a bit unsure if it actually works. The first time I tried to do a spell to get rid of storm clouds, and it worked, but now I have a slight feeling of doubt of whether or not it worked. Can someone convince me that magic is more than a bunch of bull, or show proof?

Nobody can show you proof only you can find that out for yourself, you say magick worked the first time, weather magick is hard to control, my son could work weather magick and I can whip up a nice breeze in the Summer.
Magick takes time and knowledge, it has to be timed right with all the correct correspondences, moon phases, etc. Magick is an art, it requires practice. It is not just doing spells, it is a life style. Nihil Sine Laboure. Nothing without Work!

I did a rain dance when I was a kid for fun and it actually worked and it really surprised me

magick is energy. this natural energy can create a positive or negative change in our life, but it's not something we can really scientifically prove as of this moment. so it's a belief i have but cannot really convince you of. spells are basically ritualized prayers so i also cannot cast a spell and cause sparks to fly out of my wand.

regarding weather spells, that's kind of a grey area in magick. magick is a natural neutral energy found in nature we utilize to create change in our lives. these changes must abide by the laws of nature, and can only effect the energy surrounding a given situation. weather spells work by effecting the weather patterns, you are not conjuring a little rain cloud over your head, you are dealing with a global change. this is why people think weather spells do not work, it's too much power for a mortal to have. on the other hand, this is why some believe weather spells do work, you're effecting nature with the natural energy. [if it does work, it would take a lot of energy and focus.]

if i were you i would study magic, try a couple spells like for luck and observe the results [before, during, and after casting for one moon cycle] to see how you feel. if you still don't believe, it's your choice. good luck to you.
