Hello so ive done a bit of research into calling angels and the best way seems to be connecting to my guardian angel for the answers i seek how can i do this since i find meditation difficult
In some traditions, it is taught that your (holy) guardian angel is not a separate being, but is your higher self. Some say the ultimate goal in the practice is to attain communication with one's HGA (again, Holy Guardian Angel). Such a connection is done through deep meditation.
This is used in the context of one's higher self, partly in terms of being the portion of one's self which can better communicate with the spiritual. So yes: In that sense, connecting deeply with your HGA would facilitate spiritual practices such as calling angels.
The term angel is just that, a term. In Buddhism these beings are known as Deva, I've also heard they can be called Celestial Beings. I'll try to keep this short, but if you'd like to communicate with angels/Devas than please consider using any of the following stones: Rose Quartz (A stone that has love energy; and because love is the most powerful energy there is it can aid you on reaching the high vibrational frequency that an angel/Deva's energy vibrates at), Angelite/ Angel Aura Opal (this stone enables communication with angels, I believe it is also associated with peace is some form), there are many other stones than this, and since I didn't want to make this post too long. A quick google/bing/whatever search engine you use can provide you with many results for crystals you can use. I've even written a spell (haven't posted it on the spells of magic .com though) that I've used to summon them (not in any forceful way) and I've had great results! Amethyst can also be helpful as it can increase your vibrational frequency (the rate at which you energy moves, faster= higher vibration such as love (there are others), slower= low vibration such as energies of hate(there are others)
Meditation is done by doing it. Short sessions lead to short success. And short success leads to longer success.
There are many methods to meditate. They can range from guided meditations (focusing on the instructions given by the recorded voice); binaural beats either hidden within a music track or just binaural tones; mantras; sitting in a dark room; taking advantage of an isolation chamber; focusing on a candle or other singular visual or tangible sensation; and more.
I suggest not using any of the above as a crutch, though if you choose to use them further, do so with an understanding. Those methods are not necessarily meditation in and of themselves. Meditation is freeing the mind of all extraneous thought. In many traditions, it is completely stopping all thought. Other methods, however, can be used to accomplish specific things along with a meditative state.
