how do you know what your abilites are and how do i figure out mine :

well to find out firstly do you have any daja vu ( something that you remember which is happeneing again)? or do you feel connections to anyone or are able to read their thoughts/ feelings?

Also if you meditate you can find out alot about yourself, or do what i did and research your family and when you find something that connects the dots try and harness/control it

im sorry im sutch a newb but how do you meditate

You do it everday by focusing your strength, body, and mind on one thing. Also you can easily just relax. It's a lot like sleeping I guess, just you're awake. And also yoga is a form of meditation, or I think so anyway. Hope this helps ^-^

well everyone says that to unlock ur powers u need to meditate, but which meditating tech should be used to discover it??
