Hello All

Hi, I am a new member. I love the practice of magick and am a Pagan with ancient Druid ancestors. I work with things of the Earth mostly and perform rituals and invocations in effort to increase the positive energies in this world. I believe I was born to counter negativity and I have spent most all of my life living this mission. My spirit guide and totem is the raven. Ravens are everywhere I go and I cherish their company. I work with Gaea and Diana a great deal (in addition to my Raven) and feel their power during my rituals. I am looking forward to getting to know people here in Spells of Magic.

Hello Babbslynn33, I welcome you to the group here. As magick workers we constantly seek knowledge. Reading is a great way to do this. I find most witches and/or magick workers to be avid readers and researchers. I too do this. I recommend the book "Practical Magic for Beginners: Techniques & Rituals to Focus Magical Energy" to be a good starter. Brandy Williams is the author and it is published (of course) by Llewellyn Publications. The book "Encyclopedia of 5,000 Spells" by Judika Illes is also great.

Hey IamTheRaven :) Sure I can tell you a bit about myself.

I am an omnist, a hard polytheist, and an eclectic pagan, if I have to label my path. I am currently researching and learning as much about Hinduism as I can and how it fits into my own spirituality. I work with and am devoted to Kali, and have worked with the archetype of Raven on many ocassions myself. I started my path many years ago, but fell from it a bit in my 30s, and have recently come back into my own spirituality. I hope that helps you get a better understanding of me, there is more info in my bio if you are so inclined :)
