Astral Projection

I've been hearing that alot of wars takes place in astral..so wat if ur caught in it...will ur soul die or will it go back to ur body??...

Soul moves from bad vibes in astral in more safer place.Astral is infinitive so theres no need to worry much.Astral wars happen every day,you ever felt it?I don't think so.

No I have not felt it considering that I am still learning how to astral...but is it true that when some1 is sleeping close to u and ur astral projecting there's a tendency that they could take over ur body?...I'm kinda confuse since they say a silver cord connect u to ur body...

Astral is as real as you make it allow it to become, if you choose not to involve yourself in a war there chances are you will never even encounter it. It takes years to reach the level where one can enter or take over anothers body, and also, in most cases their bodies need to be fully out of the body at the time doing intense etheric projection. If you have reached that level of intense etheric projection you would be able to find a way back into your body, or other astral beings would assist you.

Can any of you please tell me how to begin doing Astral projection, like what the first steps are, thank you for any answers!

First step is opening your chakras through appropriate meditation. But there's like a half-step before that learning which chakras are where and what they govern.
