help with demons

first things first when i say demons i don't mean Abramic demons i mean spiritual parasites that feed off negative energy and your spiritual energy the type that gives you night mares in order to feed off you im kinda plagued by them and ill i have been doing to prevent them is put up a circle around me bed and no im not asking for someone to tell me to shoot power balls at them or stuff like that and please for the love of the god do not recommend a positive out look on life to get rid of them because that like chopping off your finger and say OH BOY NOW ITS CHEAPER TO GET MY NAILS DONE or at least it is with me i need a real solution to get rid of these things
