Help with contacting

I'm trying to speak to my deceased mother. For at least 10 minutes. I'm trying to find a way to do it without having evil spirits get in the way.

If anyone could help me do this in a simple way (the talking part, not the actual casting) I'd be complete in life right now. Just maybe a spell to get her to call my phone, to speak with her on there. If you could help in anyway, I will repay you soon

I have to say that that is very difficult if you have a weak sense for the clair's. Also your mother has to be in the mood to speak to you. Like if she doesn't want to speak to you she won't appear either.

Spirits tend to speak through dreams. Before you go to sleep you should ask out loud to her to visit you. Don't be doubtful about the fact if you just dreamed it nor it's real, because dreams are always real in someway.

I hope this will help. It feels like you really need closure, spirits tend to come forward to help.

My best advice is cast a circle. If you are afraid of other spirits getting in the way.
Some people have better luck contacting spirits through astral projection though. Maybe look into it and if you continue to struggle, it might be worth giving astral projection a try.

The dead usually do not reside constantly in their last house. Except, if they do not have very good and valid reason for themselves to do so. Usually, they come and go as they see fit.

What can be helpful is to set sort of an altar dedicated to her and always find time to sit by it every day and think of her and all the happy moments you had. If a negative thought or sad thought starts to linger, try to return your emotions and thoughts back to the happy times. If you feel too much hurt and upset they might not want to come to avoid upsetting you further. Besides, negative emotions tend to attract negative spirits.

If you have some of her favourite subject or have kept a lock of her hair, you can set them up in such a way that you see them before you go to bed. Adding your favourite picture of her will be useful as well. Spend few minutes, while felling asleep holding them or just hold in your mind a happy memory that you two shared and considered special. You can always cast a circle or do the lesser banishing ritual before doing so and going to bed. Make sure you set your intention that you want to speak with her and make sure that this has to do with your soul growth. Spirits of the dead no longer think in same way as we do. The lower ones tend to be eternally stuck in some negative moment from their past and the ones that were more spiritual are rarely interested in meaningless chit chat. You have to feel and have real need to contact this person.This will help your soul to find them along with your emotions and intend.

Do not try to force it. As the person above mentioned some people do not have very good connection with their Higher Selves and their guides or have the necessary gifts developed, so that process might be long and slow. The idea is to be very consistent in your conviction to the cause and to believe in it 100 percent. It is always helpful to ask whatever higher force looks after(or you believe that to be the case) to you to aid you. This can range from God to a Deity, to spirit guide or to any other spiritual being, which you have connection with.

Trust your gut. Spirits not always speak with words. Sometimes they use odd images and songs on the radio or they will guide your intention to something intentionally. You just have to be present in the moment and fully aware of your surroundings and your inner states. Spiritual communication is a skill and it takes very long time to develop even if you are naturally gifted. You still need to train your brain to be able to decode the messages they send you in terms of images, or to simply have the right state of mind to simply be present and to know on what to pay attention.

Feel free to talk to her using your voice. Spirits can hear both voices and thoughts. Sometimes they can produce a physical response, but usually it is way below the treshold of human hearing. Which means, you either have to have the hearing of most predatory animals (which most humans do not), or you have to use technology to enhance these response. However, you have to be aware of the gapping process in the human brain and to also learn to turn off the default system of the brain. Both of which are not easy things to do.

Look into mirror gazing. Mirror gazing is a practice some use in an effort to talk to dead loved ones. It is similar to trying to connect to the spirit using your mind, but in this practice, you use a mirror to help establish the connection more clearly.

Quiet your thoughts. Go to a silent room where you can be alone and stand in front of a mirror. Close your eyes and rid yourself of anxiety, intense emotion, or unrelated thought. Focus your thoughts on the person you want to speak with. Create an image of that person in your mind. Make the image as clear as possible until you can practically see their features. Open your eyes slowly and look into the mirror. Imagine that the image in your mind will appear in the mirror. Even if the image is blurry or overlaps with your own, you should be able to see the image of your deceased loved one in the mirror. Ask your questions. Do not force answers, but be open to them. Also be aware of the fact that the answers may come as emotions or images rather than words.
