I don't know if this is what you are looking for but I used to make a tea from Ashwagandha or sometimes it is called Indian ginseng I used it to treat my grandmothers dementia along with her regular medication of course it is quite effective for preventing neural degeneration and inflammation in the muscles so I think it could be worth a shot for you although modern medicine is always best if you want to try it you can buy some online I'm sure or check your local chemist if you want some more information on other brews I would be happy to recommend some just send me an email good luck
