Good Morning

Good morning, joining group for education purposes. I have had multiple psychics that I have had readings from tell me that I can do what they are doing. Although none got very specific when I asked, I’m guessing is part of my journey to figure it out. I have always felt a connection since I was little, and thought the years, especially in my mid twenties things started to intensify. Visualization has definitely started to happen, almost aspirations of translucent air I can start to see. I also have been getting strong heavy sensations in my right hands fingertips. I’m not sure if that has relevance. Manifestation has also started to get eerily out of hand(not so much of problem just can’t understand keeping the mind under control at all times) and then also my dreams have significantly intensified. I have also been experiencing dreams that I’m not sure if are some type of astral projection. The strange things is that the dreams are always in black and white, I have seen entities in these dreams too. One appeared to be a relative(great grandmother but was much younger) and mostly have been random, and in one instance one screamed when it saw me which caused me to wake up. Others have more detail if you would like to know more, but I’m trying to get a sense of self through all of this and get some type of control or grasping the subject.
